I received a package with products from Fitnessguru. The package included peanut butter, which is my absolute favorite, coconut oil and protein powder. I tried the peanut butter immediately, of course, you have to ensure that it is good, ha ha. Yes, it was very good and had bits of peanuts. Of one of the protein powders, I made pancakes. I used the pistach-coconut flavour and the pancakes got a good coconutty flavor. I served them with warmed berries.
Pistachio Coconut Protein Pancakes
50 g cream cheese
1.5 dl almond flour
1 bag (30g) Fitnessguru onewhey pistachio coconut protein powder
coconut oil, Fitnessguru - for frying
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender. The batter should be quite thick. Add some almond flour if it's runny. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry 6-8 pancakes golden brown on both sides.

Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål med en stavmixer. Smeten skall vara ganska tjock, så tillsätt lite kokosmjöl om den är för tunn. Hetta upp en stekpanna med kokosolja och stek 6-8 pannkakor gyllenbruna på båda sidor.
