Today I give you a recipe for a good snack. A cake batter made with protein powder, chia seeds, coffee and coconut oil. You could serve it as dessert as well and top it with pieces of chocolate or berries.
0,5 dl vaniljproteinpulver (Muscletech Phase 8)
0,5 msk chiafrön
1 msk kaffe
1 msk vatten
1 tsk kokosolja
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och ät genast!
Protein Cake Batter
0.5 dl vanilla protein powder (Muscletech Phase 8)
0.5 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coffee
1 tbsp water
1 tsp coconut oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and eat immediately!
