Today is Cinnamon Bun Day! I chose to make no-bake protein cinnamon bun cookies. No-bake means that you do not need to bake them in the oven and these are actually really easy and quick to make, provided you have all the ingredients at home. And they taste so good, melts in your mouth. Do you want to bake usual cinnamon buns I have the recipe here and if you want to use coconut sugar in your buns the recipe can be found here. What is also incredible good are these croissant-cinnamon buns.
Cinnamon Bun Protein Cookies
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (Musletech phase 8)
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsk cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut cream or coffee
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape into cookies. Store in the fridge.
2 msk vaniljproteinpulver (Musletech phase 8)
2 msk mandelmjöl
1 tsk kanel
1 msk jordnötssmör
1 msk kokosgrädde eller kaffe
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och forma till kex. Förvara i kylen.
