Vegan Chocolate Mint Mousse
1.5 dl coconut cream
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
0.5 tbsp Nustevia cocoa-mint syrup
Whisk everything together in a bowl by hand. Spoon the batter into two glasses and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Top with eg berries before serving.
