I drink usually after my workout a protein shake, but sometimes I tend to mix in both coffee and almond milk to get some variety. Invigorating, fresh and above all good.
Mocha Protein Drink
2 dl coffee, cold
1 dl almond milk
3/4 scoop chocolate (or vanilla) protein powder (Muscletech)
Mix all ingredients in a blender or shaker. Enjoy!

2 dl kaffe, kallt
1 dl mandelmjölk
3/4 skopa choklad (eller vanilj) proteinpulver (Muscletech)
Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer eller shaker. Njut!
