Today I share with you fluffy and yummy protein pancakes. So yummy and quick to make. And add a yummy filling / topping and you have a nutritious and protein rich breakfast or why not snack served. I used cream cheese in mine, but I can imagine that quark is also good. Please try these pancakes, you will not be disappointed.
50 g cream cheese
1 1/4 dl almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 30g (Musletech)
pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry 5-6 pancakes golden brown on both sides.
