Not perhaps the most common ice cream, but healthier and more protein-rich than regular ice cream. And it tastes very little of chickpeas, so do not let them intimidate you. The recipe is from Fanny.
Chickpea Chocolate Protein Ice Cream
150 g chickpeas, rinsed, drained and skin removed
60 g whey protein powder, chocolate
3 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp agave
1/4 tsp vanilla
1.5 dl milk of choice
Mix all the ingredients with a hand blender. Pour into a freezer safe bowl and freeze the ice cream until set. It will take a few hours. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
Kikärts-Chokladproteinglass
150 g kikärtor, sköljda, avrunna och skalet avlägsnat
60 g vassleproteinpulver, choklad
3 msk kakaopulver
2 msk kokossocker
2 msk agave
1/4 tsk vanilj
1,5 dl mjölk
Blanda alla ingredienser med en stavmixer. Häll i en fryssäker skål och frys glassen tills den stelnat. Det kommer ta några timmar. Ta fram 10 minuter innan servering.

No, you can't really taste them :) And if you don't know that it contains chickpeas, you won't notice it at all.
