You know the smell of freshly baked bread, oh, and to take the first bite of a still warm bread is so yummy! These rolls get very fluffy and good and they are the following day still soft and fresh. For this recipe, you will get about 20 pc, but if you want bigger rolls, you can make 10-15 pcs.
Fullkorns-Solrosfrösemlor
ca 20 st
5 dl valfri mjölk
1 påse torrjäst (11g)
5 dl havregryn
0.5 dl sirap
ca. 6-7 dl mjöl (fullkorn)
1 dl solrosfrön
0.5 dl olja
1,5 tsk salt
Värm mjölken till 42 C. Häll i torrjästen, havregrynen och
hälften av sirapen. Låt stå 15 minuter. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser
och knåda till en slät deg.
Forma degen till semlor och låt jäsa övertäckta i 40
minuter. Pensla med vatten och toppa med solrosfrön. Grädda i 200 C 10-12 min.
Whole Wheat Sunflower Seed Rolls
about 20 pc
5 dl milk of your choice
1 packet of dry yeast (11g)
5 dl oatmeal, gf
0.5 dl syrup
about 6-7 dl flour (whole wheat)
1 dl sunflower seeds
0.5 dl oil
1.5 tsp salt
Warm the milk to 42 C. Add dry yeast, oats and half of the
syrup. Let stand for 15 minutes. Then mix in the remaining ingredients and
knead to a smooth dough.
Shape the dough into buns and let rise covered for 40
minutes. Brush with water and top with sunflower seeds. Bake at 200 C 10-12
minutes.
