Are you short on time in the morning and do not have time to make breakfast? Then overnight porridge is something for you. You mix everything in the evening and in the morning, just take it from the fridge and eat or why not bring it to work! This porridge can be varied according to taste and liking.
Overnight Rye Chia Porridge
50 g rye flakes
2 dl almond milk
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp blueberry powder
vanilla
Mix all the ingredients in a jar. Put in the fridge
overnight. Top for example with blueberries and peanut butter.
Övernatten Råg-Chiagröt
50 g rågflingor
2 dl mandelmjölk
2 tsk chiafrön
2 tsk blåbärspulver
vanilj
Blanda alla ingredienser i en burk. Sätt i kylen över
natten. Toppa till exempel med blåbär och jordnötssmör.
