Today is Friday which means pizza dinner for many. I made pizza on rye bread and it was surprisingly good, something I can really recommend. A healthier twist on pizza. You actually get Finnish rye bread in Singapore. The bread is from Fazer and they are called organic rye bread.
Pizza på rågbröd
Värm ugnen till 200 C. Bred tomatsås på rågrödsskivorna och toppa med grönsaker och riven ost. Grädda i ugnen i ca 15 minuter.
Preheat the oven to 200 C. Spread tomato sauce on the bread and top with vegetables and grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
