Mango Cream Brownies

Dessa är en hälsosammare version på brownies. Jag hittade receptet här, men gjorde min egna version av det. Mycket fräscha och goda brownies. 

These are a healthier version of brownies. I found the recipe here, but made ​​my own version of it. Very fresh and yummy brownies.


Mango Cream Brownies
(adapted from coconutandberries.com)
makes 6 pcs

brownies:
1 tbsp water
0,5 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp date syrup, or more if you like it sweet
3/4 dl mango purée
3/4 dl cacao powder
3/4 dl coconut flour
3/4 dl almond flour
pinch of salt
pinch of cardamom

mango cream
1 dl mango purée
0,5 dl cashews, soaked, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
water, if needed
0,5 tsp vanilla
pinch of cardamom

Line a small baking tin (7 x 13 cm) with parchment paper.
Stir together the ingredients for the brownies in a bowl. You will have a very thick mixture. Spread the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth out the top. Refrigerate.

For the mango cream, mix all the ingredients in a blender, until smooth.
Pour the mango cream on top of the brownie and refrigerate or freeze for a few hours. Use the parchment paper to remove from the tin and cut into pieces. Store in the fridge or freezer as the topping will melt if left at room temperature.

brownies:
1 msk vatten
0,5 tsk vaniljextrakt
1 msk dadelsirap eller mer om du vill ha det sött
3/4 dl mangopuré
3/4 dl kakaopulver
3/4 dl kokosmjöl
3/4 dl mandelmjöl
nypa salt
nypa kardemumma

mangokräm
1 dl mangopuré
0,5 dl cashewnötter, blötlagda, sköljda och avrunna
2 msk kokosolja, smält
vatten, om det behövs
0,5 tsk vaniljextrakt
pinch of cardamom

Klä en bakform (7 x 13 cm) med bakplåtspapper. Rör ihop ingredienserna till brownies i en skål. Du kommer att ha en mycket tjock blandning. Bred ut blandningen in i den förberedda formen. Ställ i kylskåpet.

För mangoblandningen, blanda alla ingredienserna tills slät. Häll mangoblandningen ovanpå brownien och ställ i kylen för ett par timmar. Skär i bitar. Förvaras i kylskåpet eller frysen eftersom toppingen kommer att smälta om den lämnas i rumstemperatur.

    I don't know what 3/4 dl means!
    Do you know what 3/4 dl is in grams?

    1. 3/4 dl is 1/3 cup.
      You can't compare volume (like cup or dl) directly to mass (like grams) because all ingredients have a different weight/volume ratios. For example 1 liter of water weighs 1 kg, but 1 liter of flour weighs only 422 grams.
