Chocolate-Cinnamon Balls / Choklad-Kanelbollar

Here is the recipe for the cookie balls chef Annette Lang made during Singapore Food Festival last weekend. They are really yummy and are ready in no time!

Förvara i kylskåp.

Chocolate-Cinnnamon Balls

120 g Marie biscuits
1 can condensed milk
2 tbsp cocoa
2-3 dl desiccated coconut
1-2 tsp cinnamon

(for more flavor, you can add vanilla, rum...)

Crumb the biscuits and add condensed milk, cocoa, cinnamon and 2 dl of coconut. Stir. Add more coconut if the dough is to loose. Form into balls and dip into coconut. Keep in refrigerator.

I also rolled a few in pearl sugar.
Jag rullade också några i pärlsocker.

  2. These look great! I was surprised to see that you can use cruched biscuits in these - genius!

  3. Howdy! I could have sworn I've been to this web site before but after browsing through many of the posts I realized it's
new to me. Regardless, I'm certainly delighted I discovered it and I'll be book-marking it and checking back
    often!
