Warm Veggie Sandwich


Bröd med grillade grönsaker

4 skivor surdegsbröd
smör
1 liten  zucchini
1 liten paprika
1 lök
olja
salt
peppar
ost

Skiva grönsakerna och lägg dem på en plåt. Häll olja på och salt och peppar. Grilla i ugnen ca 20 minuter i 225 grader.
Bred bröden med smör och lägg på grönsakerna. Överst riven eller skivad ost. In i ugnen ca 10-15 minuter i 225 grader. Servera med en sallad.


Grilled Vegetable Sandwich

4 slices of sourdough bread
butter
1 small zucchini
1 small paprika
1 onion
oil
salt
pepper
cheese

Slice the vegetables and put them on a baking sheet. Drizzle some oil on the veggies and some salt and pepper. Grill in 225 degrees oven for 20 minutes.

Put some butter on the bread slices and then the veggies. On the top grated oc sliced cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes in 225 degrees.
Serve with a salad.

  1. This brings back memories - my dad used to make us warm open sandwiches every time mum was away :-) With very similar toppings, sometimes egg or tuna, but always capsicums!
