Tosca Tart



Toscabakelse

Deg
100 g smör
2 msk socker
2,5 dl mjöl

Fyllning
75 g smör
4 msk socker
3/4 dl mandelmjöl
1 ägg

Glasyr
2 dl flagad mandel
75 g smör
1 msk mjölk
1 msk mjöl

Värm ugnen till 200 grader.  Blanda ihop ingredienserna till degen och låt stå I kylen under tiden du lagar fyllningen. Rör smör och socker och blanda i ägget och mjölet.

Fyll små bakelseformar med degen och fördela fyllningen i formarna. Grädda dem i ugnen ca 10 minuter.

Blanda alla ingredienser till glasyren i en kastrull och koka upp under omrörning.

Fördela glasyren över de halvgräddade bakelserna och grädda ytterligare ca 10 minuter.

100 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
2,5 dl flour

Filling
75 g butter
4 tbs sugar
3/4 dl almond flour
1 egg

Glaze
2 dl sliced almond
75 g butter
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp flour

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix together the ingredients for the dough and let stand in refrigerator while you make the filling. Cream butter and sugar and mix in egg and flour.

Fill small tart molds with the dough and divide the filling into the molds. Bake in oven about 10 minutes.

Mix all ingredients for the glaze in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring.

Spread the glaze over the half baked tarts and bake another 10 minutes.

  1. Varför har jag aldrig bakat toscabakelser? Detta är kakor som jag tycker är jättegoda! Verkar ju ändå inte vara allt för komplicerat.

  6. I think that what you said made a great deal of sense. But, think on this, what if you were to create a killer title?

    I ain't saying your content is not good., but suppose you added a title to possibly grab folk's attention?
    I mean "Tosca Tart" is kinda plain. You ought to look
    at Yahoo's front page and note how they create post headlines to get people interested. You might add a related video or a picture or two to grab people interested about everything've written.
    Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little
    livelier.
