Filled Portobello



Fylld portobello

portobellosvamp
couscous
tomat
lök
kikärter
getost / pepparbrie
örter enligt smak
balsamvinäger
ev. rostade pinjenötter


Ta bort svampstjälkarna med en kniv. Borsta bort ev. skräp. Tillred couscousen enligt förpackningens anvisningar. Blanda i tomat, lök, kikärter, ost och krydda enligt smak. Fyll portobello med fyllningen. Häll på balsamvinäger. Grädda i ugnen i 225 grader ca 15 minuter.  




Filled Portobello

portobello mushroom
couscous
tomato
onion
chickpeas
goat cheese / pepper brie
herbs to taste
balsamic vinegar
roasted pine nuts, optional

Remove the mushroom stems with a knife. Prepare the couscous according to package directions. Mix in tomatoes, onions, chickpeas, cheese and season to taste. Fill the portobello with the filling. Pour on some balsamic vinegar. Bake in 225 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
