These muffins are incredibly moist thanks to mango and banana. They fit those who are allergic to eggs, as they do not contain eggs. The muffins are also vegan.
Mango Banana Muffins
8 pcs
1.5 dl sugar
1 dl mango-banana puree
2 tbsp coconut milk
3 tbsp oil
2 dl flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp cardamom
Mix sugar, mango-banana puree, coconut milk and oil in a bowl. Add flour, baking powder and cardamom. Mix quickly to a batter. Distribute the batter into muffin cups and bake at 175 C for about 18-20 minutes.
