These are small cookies reminiscent of both muffins and cookies, more like soft cookies. Very good, even without the glaze. Perfect with a cup of coffee.
Soft Chocolate Cookie Muffins
50 g butter, soft
1 dl sugar
0.5 egg
1.25 dl flour
0,5 dk cocoa powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
topping: toffee spread and sprinkles / melted chocolate
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C and spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
Stir together butter and sugar. Add the egg and mix. Add in flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix until combined. Roll the dough into balls and place each ball in the pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top with toffee spread and sprinkles.
Mjuka Choklad Kexmuffins
50 g smör, mjukt
1 dl socker
0,5 ägg
1,25 dl mjöl
0,5 dl kakaopulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
topping: toffee och strössel / smält choklad
Värm ugnen till 175 grader C och spraya en mini muffinsplåt med matlagningsspray.
