 A fresh sauce made of tomato and feta cheese is today's recipe. We ate the sauce with quorn patty filled with cheese and salad. Simple but tasty.

Tomatsås med Fetaost

400 g tomatsås
50 g fetaost, tärnad
2 soltorkade tomater, hackade
en skvätt grädde
oregano
salt
svartpeppar

Värm tomatsåsen och blanda i fetaost, soltorkade tomater, grädde och krydda med oregano, salt och svartpeppar. 

Tomato Sauce with Feta Cheese

400 g tomato sauce
50 g feta cheese, diced
2 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
a dash of cream
oregano
salt
black pepper

 Heat the tomato sauce and mix in feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, cream and season with oregano, salt and black pepper.
