Coffee and chocolate are flavors that go well together. I like to eat a piece of chocolate with my coffee, but I also like to bake with them two. This cake contains both espresso and espresso powder, but the flavor of coffee is not over-powering if you are worried about that. I also used a chocolate paste with the taste of coffee. Yum!
Kaffe & Chokladkaka
50 g smör, mjukt
0,5 dl kokossocker
1 litet ägg
1 dl vetemjöl
0,5 msk espressopulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
1,5 msk espresso
1 msk mockapasta (Lidl)
Vispa smör och socker fluffigt. Tillsätt ägget och vispa lite till. Blanda sedan i mjöl, espressopulver, bakpulver och kaffe. Häll smeten i en smord och mjölad liten kakform. Klicka i mockapasta lite här och där. Grädda kakan i 175 C i ca 25-30 minuter. Låt svalna.

1 small egg
1 dl flour
0.5 tbsp espresso powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
1,5 tbsp espresso
1 tbsp mocha paste (Lidl)
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and whisk a little more. Then mix in the flour, espresso powder, baking powder and coffee. Pour batter into a greased and floured small cake pan. Add the mocha paste a little here and there. Bake at 175 C for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
