A fresh and fluffy smoothie bowl! I prefer to use frozen berries and vegetables, because then the smoothie becomes fluffier and more delicious. But of course you do what you want. Wishing you a great day!
Kokos-Spenat Smoothieskål
3 kuber fryst spenat
1 dl frysta bär
0,5 fryst banan
0.5 dl blomkål
1 msk vanilj proteinpulver
kokosmjölk
Mixa alla ingredienser i en blender. Häll i en skål och toppa med bär, chia och pumpafrön.
