Today, I share a recipe for a summer pie that is mist and has good flavors of berries and quark. This pie is good to serve with some custard or vanilla ice cream.
Summer Pie with Berries and Quark
50 g butter, melted
2 dl wheat flour
3/4 dl coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder

2/3 of crumb mixture
3/4 dl quark
0.5 egg

125 g quark
0.5 dl sugar
0.5 egg
0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
150 g berries (I used strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)

1/3 crumb mixture
Melt the butter and mix in flour, coconut sugar and baking powder. Take 1/3 of the crumb mixture aside. In the remaining amount stir in the quark and egg. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper.
For the filling mix quark, sugar, egg and vanilla sugar together. Then pour the filling on the crust. Sprinkle on berries and top with crumb mixture. Bake at 175 ° C for about 30 minutes.

Sommarpaj med Bär och Kvarg
50 g smör, smält
2 dl vetemjöl
3/4 dl kokossocker
1 tsk bakpulver
botten
2/3 av smuldegen
3/4 dl kvarg
0,5 ägg
fyllning
125 g kvarg
0,5 dl socker
0,5 ägg
0,5 tsk vaniljsocker
150 g bär (jag hade jordgubbar, hallon och blåbär)
topping
1/3 smuldeg
Smält smöret och blanda i mjöl, kokossocker och bakpulver. Ta 1/3 av smulblandningen åt ställ åt sidan. I den resterande mängden rör ner kvarg och ägg. Häll smeten i en bakform klädd med bakpapper.
