When I drink tea, I usually drink green tea. But every now and then I make my own tea that contains health-promoting spices, like turmeric and ginger. The tea tastes good and you can add sweetness to your liking. Warming, healing and delicious!
Turmeric Ginger Tea
1 cup
2.5 dl water
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground ginger
one pinch of black pepper
sweetener, to taste
In a saucepan bring water to boil. Stir in turmeric and ginger, and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add sweetener to taste.
Gurkmeja Ingefärate
1 kopp
2,5 dl vatten
1/4 tsk malen gurkmeja
1/4 tsk malen ingefära
en nypa svartpeppar
