Happy first Advent! Now it's not long until it's Christmas. I see so many pictures of gingerbread, mulled wine and other things that have to do with Christmas on social media that even I am eager to already bake with Christmas flavors. These cupcakes with flavors of chocolate and gingerbread was so unbelievably good. Sticky with much taste. Very delicious together with a cup of coffee or why not mulled wine :)
Pepparkaks-Chokladmuffins
5 st
50 g smör
1 dl kokossocker
1 dl vetemjöl
0,5 dl mandelmjöl
0,5 dl kakaopulver
3/4 tsk pepparkakskrydda
0,5 tsk bakpulver
1 ägg
1 dl mandelmjölk
5 rutor Fazer julchoklad, hackad i bitar + 3 rutor hackade att toppa muffinsen med
Smält smöret och låt det svalna. Blanda i sockret. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Fördela smeten mellan 5 muffinsformar och toppa med chokladbitar. Grädda i 175 C i ca 15 minuter. Dom får gärna vara lite kladdiga inuti.

5 squares of Fazer christmas chocolate, chopped into pieces + 3 squares chopped to top the muffins with
Melt the butter and let it cool. Stir in the sugar. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Divide the batter between 5 muffin cups and top with chocolate pieces. Bake at 175 C for about 15 minutes. They may well be a little sticky inside.
