I like rhubarb a lot, the sour and fresh taste. From childhood, I remember very well my mom's rhubarb-strawberry cream, so good. And to eat the cream with vanilla ice cream was the best. Rhubarb goes well with strawberries and cinnamon is a spice I like to combine with rhubarb. Last I made a compote which I flavored with cinnamon and instead of regular sugar, I used sweetener from Sukrin and it was so good. Use the compote to top your oatmeal, yogurt or use in baked goodies.
Rhubarb Compote
400 g rhubarb, sliced
4-5 tbsp sukrin
cinnamon, to taste
Put rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon in a pna and cook until the rhubarb is soft and mushy.
Rabarberkompott
400 g rabarber, skivad
4-5 msk Sukrin

Jag älskar också rabarber.Här kan jag köpa rabarber nästan året runt,men den är som bäst på vintern.
