Happy Easter! Lately I have been baking a lot of recipes with chocolate and peanut butter. But it's just so good and all the baked goodies still taste different, even if they contain these two yummy ingredients. These brownie muffins are free of gluten, sugar, milk and eggs. If you want to make these "easter friendly" :) you could top the muffins with small chocolate eggs before baking!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie Muffins
0.5 dl peanut butter
0.5 dl soy yogurt
1.5 tbsp water
2 tsp Nunaturals simple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Stir all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Divide the batter between 4 silicon muffin molds and top with some peanut butter, if you want, and bake at 175 C degrees for about 15 minutes.
Jordnötssmör Chokladbrowniemuffins
0,5 dl jordnötssmör
0,5 dl sojayoghurt
1,5 msk vatten
2 tsk Nunaturals simple syrup
2 msk kakaopulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk vanilj
en nypa salt
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål tills slät. Fördela smeten mellan 4 silikonmuffinsformar och toppa med lite jordnötssmör, om du vill, och grädda i 175 C grader i ca 15 minuter.
