Do you have you candy over from Christmas that you no longer want to eat? Then I have a tip to mix them in baked goods and they get a whole new meaning. I used gingerbread fudge in these brownies and they became very yummy!
Choklad-Pepparkaksfudgebrownies, socker- och glutenfri
1 ägg
3/4 dl Sukrin gold
2 msk kokosolja, smält
2 msk mandelmjöl
1 msk vanilj proteinpulver (Muscletech phase 8)
2 msk kakaopulver
0,5 tsk vanilj
en nypa salt
Blanda ihop ägg och socker i en skål. Tillsätt kokosolja och sedan resterande ingredienser. Blanda tills slät. Häll smeten i två (á 7cm i diameter) formar och tryck i bitar av pepparkaksfudge. Grädda dem i 175 C i ca 15 minuter. Låt svalna.
Chocolate Gingerbread Fudge Brownies, Sugar-free and Gluten-free

3/4 dl Sukrin gold
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (Muscletech phase 8)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
0.5 tsp vanilla
a pinch of salt
Mix together butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg and then remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into two (á 7cm in diameter) molds and press into the batter pieces of gingerbread fudge. Bake at 175 C for about 15 minutes. Let cool.
