Oh, it's so good with gingerbread flavours right now. I use the spice in a bit of everything and here the pancakes got a Christmassy taste. So good! Have you seasoned your pancakes with gingerbread spice? If not, I recommend you to do so.
Gingerbread Vanilla Protein Pancakes
2 eggs
50 g cream cheese
0.5 dl almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Muscletech phase 8)
1 tsp gingerbread spice or speculoos spice
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry 6 pancakes golden brown on both sides.
Pepparkaka-Vaniljproteinplättar
2 ägg
50 g färskost
1,5 dl mandelmjöl
1 skopa vaniljproteinpulver (Muscletech phase 8)
1 tsk pepparkakskrydda eller speculooskrydda
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål med en stavmixer. Hetta upp en stekpanna med kokosolja och stek 6 pannkakor gyllenbruna på båda sidor.
