A healthier version of lava cake that is also rich in protein and gluten free. I think it's fun to experiment with healthier versions of baked goodies and quite often it turns out successful. Do you experiment in the kitchen and please share your tips for healthier baked goodies.
Chocolate Protein Lava Cake
makes 2
3/4 scoop Muscletech (Phase 8 chocolate or vanilla protein powder)
4 tbsp almond milk
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp erythritol
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour the batter into two silicon molds (á 7cm). Bake at 175 C degrees for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 3 minutes then invert onto a plate or eat straight from the mold.
Chokladprotein Lavakaka
2 st
3/4 skopa Muscletech (Phase 8 choklad- eller vaniljproteinpulver)
4 msk mandelmjölk
1,5 msk kakaopulver
1 msk kokosmjöl
2 msk erytritol
3/4 tsk bakpulver
1 ägg
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och häll smeten i två silikonformar (á 7cm). Grädda i 175 C grader i ca 8 minuter. Ta bort från ugnen och låt stå i 3 minuter. Lägg kakan på ett fat eller ät direkt från formen.
