Starting the day with a workout and after that eat a protein-rich, fluffy and very good pancake breakfast bodes for a very good day. The batter is thick and so it shall be. The protein powder I use consists of six high quality protein sources, one of which is casein, which gives the batter a thick consistency. If you use other proteins, you may need to increase the amount of almond flour.
Protein Blueberry Pancakes
2 eggs
50 g cream cheese
1 dl almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Muscletech)
1 tsp blueberry powder
pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry 5-6 pancakes golden brown on both sides.
Protein-Blåbärsplättar
2 ägg
50 g färskost
1 dl mandelmjöl
1 skopa vaniljproteinpulver (Muscletech)
1 tsk blåbärspulver
nypa salt
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål med en stavmixer. Hetta upp en stekpanna med kokosolja och stek 5-6 plättar gyllenbruna på båda sidor.
