Smoothies are refreshing in the summer heat and I drink them gladly for breakfast or as a snack. It becomes more satiating when using avocado and here I chose to add hemp protein as well for the protein's sake.
Berry Hemp Smoothie
1 handful of blackberries
1 handful of raspberries
1 banana
0,5 avocado
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
almond milk
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and pour into a glass.
Top with berries and hemp seeds.
Bär Hampa Smoothie
1 näve björnbär
1 näve hallon
1 banan
0,5 avokado
1 msk hampa proteinpulver
mandelmjölk
Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer och häll upp i ett glas.
Toppa med bär och hampafrön.
