Tzatziki is a classic Greek dip known for its refreshing flavors and creamy texture. Traditionally made with cucumber, yogurt and herbs. But have you ever thought about adding a twist to this dip? Like for example. beetroot :) Very tasty and suitable for all barbecue evenings this summer.
Rödbetstzatziki
2 kokta rödbetor
1 vitlöksklyfta
1,5 dl grekisk yoghurt
honung eller agavesirap
salt
svartpeppr
Riv rödbetorna grovt och låt rinna av. Pressa vitlöken. Blanda rödbetor och vitlök i yoghurten och smaka av med honung, salt och svartpeppar. Förvara i kylskåp.
Beetroot Tzatziki
2 boiled beetroots
1 clove of garlic
1.5 dl Greek yogurt
honey or agave syrup
salt
black pepper
Coarsely grate the beetroot and drain. Press the garlic. Mix beetroot and garlic in the yoghurt and season with honey, salt and black pepper. Store in refrigerator.
