I make granola often, because I think homemade is so much better than store-bought. The bought ones are often very sweet, but if you make your own, you decide how sweet your granola will be. Now in December, it is good to season the granola with gingerbread spice, and there is something special about that taste. So good and you will be happy just from the smell that spreads at home. Yum!
Pepparkaksgranola
150 g havregryn
40 g kokosolja
20 g agavesirap + 15 g agavesirap
2 tsk pepparkakskrydda
70 g blandade nötter
50 g pumpa- & solrosfrön
10 g kokos
en nypa salt
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Tryck blandningen på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Ringla över 15 g agavesirap. Grädda i 160 C graders ugn i 30 minuter. Låt svalna.
Gingerbread Granola
150 g oatmeal
40 g coconut oil
20 g agave syrup + 15 g agave syrup
2 tsp gingerbread spices
70 g mixed nuts
50 g pumpkin & sunflower seeds
10 g coconut flakes
one pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Press the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle over 15 g of agave syrup. Bake in a 160 C degree oven for 30 minutes. Let cool.
