Dagens recept är en proteinrik mousse, som passar perfekt till mellanmål. Men jag skulle bra kunna servera den som dessert också.  Gillar du choklad och jordnötssmör så testa gärna denna mousse. 

Today's recipe is a protein-rich mousse, which is perfect for a snack. But I could serve it as a dessert as well. If you like chocolate and peanut butter, feel free to try this mousse.


Tofu Peanut Butter Mousse


200 g tofu, firm

2.5-3 tbsp fiber syrup or agave syrup

2-3 tbsp almond milk

2 tbsp peanut butter

2.5 tbsp cocoa powder

one pinch of salt


Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more liquid if needed. Spoon the mousse into glasses and put in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Top with e.g. berries. 



Tofu Jordnötssmör Mousse


200 g tofu, fast

2,5-3 msk fibersirap eller agavesirap

2-3 msk mandelmjölk 

2 msk jordnötssmör

2,5 msk kakaopulver 

en nypa salt


Blanda alla ingredienser i en matberedare. Tillsätt mer vätska om det behövs. Skeda moussen i glas och ställ i kylen i 20-30 minuter. Toppa med t.ex. bär.
