A small cake that goes so well together with a cup of coffee. Imagine a sunny day, sitting on the balcony enjoying the warmth and being served a fresh cappuccino and one or two of these cakes. A perfect moment.
Dulche De Leche & Choklad Grottor
100 g smör, rumstempererat
0,5 dl strösocker
2 dl vetemjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
1 tsk vaniljpulver
dulche de leche
smält choklad
Värm ugnen till 175 C grader. Blanda alla ingredienser och forma till bollar. Lägg dem i små muffinsformar. Grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 12 minuter. Gör ett fördjupning i varje och fyll med dulche de leche. Toppa med smält choklad och fudgebitar.

0.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder

Preheat the oven to 175 C degrees. Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Put them in small muffin cups. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes. Make a cave in each and fill with dulche de leche. Top with melted chocolate and fudge pieces.
