Chocolate and coffee is a good combo. I like to eat a bit of dark chocolate with my cappuccino, but I do not say no to a piece of cake with my coffee. This is a moist chocolate cake with a hint of coffee.
Choklad Kaffekaka
Kaka:
1 ägg
1 dl socker
50 g smör, smält
0,5 dl kaffedryck (protein)
1 dl vetemjöl
0,5 dl kakaopulver
1 tsk espressopulver
1 tsk bakpulver
50 g mörk choklad, hackad
Glasyr:
kaffedryck (protein)
florsocker
Vispa ägg och socker fluffigt. Tillsätt smält smör, kaffe, vetemjöl, kakaopulver och bakpulver. Blanda till sist i chokladen. Häll smeten i en smord och mjölad bakform. Grädda kakan i 175 C i ca 25 minuter. Låt kakan svalna. Blanda ingredienserna till glasyren och häll på den svalnade kakan.

Cake:

50 g butter, melted
0.5 dl coffee drink (protein)
1 dl wheat flour
0.5 dl cocoa powder
1 tsp espresso powder
1 tsp baking powder
50 g dark chocolate, chopped
Glaze:
coffee drink (protein)
icing sugar
Whisk egg and sugar fluffy. Add melted butter, coffee, wheat flour, cocoa powder och baking powder. Finally, mix in the chocolate. Pour batter into a greased and floured baking dish. Bake the cake at 175 C for about 25 minutes. Let the cake cool. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and pour on the cooled cake.
