Do you make vegetarian burgers? Today, there is a large selection of vegetarian options to buy in the store, which I also do sometimes. But still, homemade burgers are the best and most natural, without many additives. Here I have made burgers on black beans and as a hamburger bread I have used bagels. Yum!
Svarta Bönor Burgare
1 burk svarta bönor, sköljda och klappade torra
1 röd lök, klyftor
1/8 tsk vitlökspulver
1/4 tsk paprikapulver
salt
svartpeppar
chili
0,5 msk ketchup
2 tsk senap
0,5 ägg
Lägg bönorna och löken på en plåt. Rosta i 175 C graders ugn i ca 10 minuter. Lägg bönorna och löken i en bunke och mixa med en stavmixer. Det får gärna bli bitar av bönorna i smeten. Blanda i kryddor, senap, ketchup och ägg. Forma till 3 biffar och grädda dem i 175 C i ca 25 minuter.
Black Bean Burgers
1 can black beans, rinsed and patted dry
1 red onion, chopped
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika powder
salt
black pepper
chili
0.5 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp mustard
0.5 eggs
Put the beans and the onion on a baking sheet. Roast in 175 C degree oven for about 10 minutes. Put the beans and onion in a bowl and mix with a hand held mixer. Leave some whole beans in the batter. Mix in spices, mustard, ketchup and egg. Shape into 3 patties and bake them in 175 C oven for about 25 minutes.
