This is simple potato dish that gets extra flavor from pears. Have you tried potatoes and fruit together? It works, it's a little different and together with spices and parmesan this is a yummy dish.
Potatis-Päronlåda
500 g potatis, skivade
2 päron, skivade
olja
vitlökspulver
salt
svartpeppar
oregano
1-2 msk parmesan
Skala potatis och päron. Skiva potatisen med en mandolin och skär päronen i tunna skivor med en kniv.
Smörj en ugnsform med olja och lägg i potatis och päronskivorna växelvis. Häll på lite olja och strö på kryddor och parmesan. Grädda i 200 C ugn i ca 45 minuter eller tills potatisen är mjuk.

2 pears, sliced

black pepper

1-2 tbsp parmesan
Peel potatoes and pears. Slice the potatoes with a mandolin and cut the pears into thin slices with a knife. Grease an oven dish with oil and add the potatoes and pear slices alternatelyr. Drizzle on some oil and sprinkle with spices and parmesan. Bake in 200 C oven for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
