If you are cooking food for several guests then oven-roasted vegetables are a good to make. And if you serve them with a good sauce, it will be a bit more luxurious.
Ugnsrostade Morötter med Citronsås
morötter, skalade och delade i mindre bitar
olja

Sås:
1 dl kvarg
2 msk majonnäs
2 tsk senap
0,5-1 tsk finrivet citronskal
2 msk färsk persilja
salt
svartpeppar
Lägg morötterna i en ugnsform och häll på lite olja och salt. Rosta i 200 C ugn i ca 30 minuter eller tills de är mjuka. Blanda alla ingredienser till såsen i en skål. Smaka av och tillsätt ev. mera kryddor.

2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard
0.5-1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
2 tbsp fresh parsley

Put the carrots in an oven-proof dish and pour on some oil and salt. Roast in 200 C oven for about 30 minutes or until soft. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Taste the sauce and and add more spices if needed.
