A sticky cake with a lot of chocolate flavor and pieces of chocolate can't get any better, right? If you are craving for something good and sweet then these squares will be the perfect treat :)
Fudgy Chocolate Squares
80 g butter, melted and cooled
1 dl white sugar
3/4 dl packed brown sugar
1 large egg
3/4 dl wheat flour
3/4 dl cocoa powder
one pinch of salt
45 g roughly chopped chocolate
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line an 20 cm x 15 cm square baking pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together melted butter and sugars together in a bowl. Add the egg and beat well. Gently stir in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined (do not over beat). Stir in 30 g of the chocolate pieces. Pour batter into the prepared pan and top with remaining chocolate pieces. Bake for 20 minutes or until the centre of the brownies is just set to the touch. Allow to cool to room temperature before slicing into pieces.
Fudgy Chokladrutor
80 g smör, smält
1 dl strösocker
3/4 dl farinsocker
1 stort ägg
3/4 dl vetemjöl
3/4 dl kakaopulver
en nypa salt
45 g grovhackad choklad
Värm ugnen till 175 ° C. Klä en 20 cm x 15 cm bakform med bakplåtspapper. Rör ihop smält smör och socker i en skål. Tillsätt ägget och blanda väl. Rör försiktigt i de torra ingredienserna, överblanda inte. Blanda i 30 g chokladbitar. Häll smeten i den förberedda formen och toppa med resterande chokladbitar. Baka i 20 minuter eller tills mitten av brownies har precis stelnat. Låt svalna till rumstemperatur innan det skärs i bitar.
