Who does not like juicy and good cookies? I like a lot of soft coffee cookies that keep juicy for several days. And they are so good with a cup of coffee. The inspiration for this recipe comes from Gemma.
Chocolate Bundt Cake
100 g butter
1 dl coffee
2,5 tbsp cocoa powder
2 dl sugar
2 1/4 dl flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
0.5 dl quark
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Add the butter, coffee and cocoa in a large bowl and microwave until the butter is melted. Whisk until smooth then set aside to let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
Combine the sugar, flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and mix until thoroughly combined. Mix in the egg and quark into the chocolate batter, stirring until thoroughly combined. Pour the batter into a greased and floured small bundt pan. Bake the cake for 40 minutes, until a long toothpick or skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Mjuk Chokladkaka
100 g smör
1 dl kaffe
2,5 msk kakaopulver
2 dl socker
2 1/4 dl mjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
1 ägg
0,5 dl kvarg
Värm ugnen till 175 ° C.
Lägg smör, kaffe och kakao i en skål och värm i mikrovågsugn tills smöret smält. Vispa blandningen så den är slät, lägg sedan åt sidan och låt blandningen svalna i 5 minuter.
