Bread is something I like very much and stuffing the bread with goodies to make a burger makes me happy. In this baguette I have lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tofu and a sauce made of quark, mayonnaise and spices. Simple but good.
Tofu Burgers, inspiration from here
200 g tofu, sliced into four pieces
Marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sriracha
0.5 tbsp date syrup
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Put all the marinade ingredients in a ziplock bag. Place the tofu pieces in the bag and rotate a few times to coat with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes but preferably longer. Heat a skillet and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.

200 g tofu, skivad i fyra bitar
Marinad:
2 msk sojasås
1 msk olivolja
1 msk sriracha
