Pizza Pancake

Ugnspannakaka har jag alltid tyckt om. Man behöver inte alltid göra en söt pannkaka, utan även denna pizza-pannkaka blir god och mättande. Passar bra till lunch eller middag, men även till mellanmål. 

I have always liked oven pancake. It's possible to make a savoury oven pancake, even if the sweet version is more popular.  This one turned out yummy. Suitable for lunch or dinner, but also as a snack.


Pizza-Pannkaka

2,5 dl mjölk
1 ägg
1 1/4 dl flerkornsmjöl
3 frysta spenatkuber, tinade
3 körsbärstomater, skivade
0,5 dl riven ost
1 tsk torkade örter
1/4 tsk salt
en nypa vitlökspulver

Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Häll smeten i en bakplåtspappersklädd ugnsform, 20 cm x 20 cm. Grädda pannkakan i 200 C i ca 25 minuter. 



Pizza Pancake

2.5 dl milk of choice
1 egg
1 1/4 dl multi-grain flour
3 frozen spinach cubes, thawed
3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
0.5 dl grated cheese
1 tsp dried herbs
1/4 tsp salt
a pinch of garlic powder

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour the batter into a oven-proof dish lined with baking paper, 20 cm x 20 cm. Bake the pancake at 200 C for about 25 minutes.
