A moist and tasty bread that does not need to rise. I mixed in lingonberry powder and a some lingonberries in the batter. It turned out really good! I wish you all a nice weekend.
Bröd med Lingon & Chia
1,5 dl fullkornsmjöl
1 dl havregryn
1 tsk bakpulver
1 tsk lingonpulver
1 tsk chiafrön
1/4 tsk salt
2 msk lingon
2 msk lingon
125 g kvarg
0,5 dl mjölk
1,5 msk olja
Blanda de torra ingredienserna i en skål. Tillsätt resterande ingredienser och blanda till en slät smet. Blanda inte för mycket. Med mjölade händer platta ut degen på en bakplåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Skåra brödet. Grädda brödet i 200 C i ca 15 minuter.

1.5 dl whole grain flour
1 dl oat flakes
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp lingonberry powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp lingonberries
2 tbsp lingonberries
125 g quark
0.5 dl milk
1.5 tbsp oil
Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix into a smooth batter. Do not over mix. With floured hands flatten the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cut the bread and sprinkle on sesame seeds. Bake the bread at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
