Savoury muffins that are perfect for breakfast when you want freshly baked bread. They are so delicious warm with butter and cheese on. Or why not cream cheese and jam. These muffins stay moist for several days and can also be frozen.
Fullkorn & Havtornsmuffins
6 st
2 dl fullkornsmjöl
1 dl havregryn
2 msk Day Break pulver (malda linfrön & havtorn), Love Arctic
1 tsk bakpulver
1/4 tsk salt
1 dl mjölk
1 dl kvarg
1 msk olja
Blanda de torra ingredienserna i en skål. Tillsätt mjölk, kvarg och olja och blanda till en slät smet. Fördela smeten mellan 6 muffinsformar och toppa med pumpafrön. Grädda muffinsen i 220 C i ca 20 minuter.

1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 dl milk
1 dl quark
