I do not often bake with alcohol, but now I have a bottle of Baileys at home so I will probably bake one or two things with the good creamy liqueur. The baileys goes well with chocolate, so I chose to bake a chocolate cake with a chocolate frosting. It turned out really delicious!
Baileys Chocolate Cake
85 g butter, soft
3/4 dl coconut sugar
0.5 dl stevia sugar
1 egg
1.5 tbsp Baileys
3/4 dl flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
one pinch of salt
frosting:
50 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp Baileys
Stir together butter and sugar. Add the egg and Baileys and mix. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Pour the batter into a cake tin lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175 C for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Combine chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and Baileys in a saucepan and heat until everything is melted and smooth, then spread evenly over the cake.
Baileys Chokladtårta
85 g smör, mjuk
3/4 dl kokossocker
0,5 dl steviasocker
1 ägg
1,5 msk Baileys
3/4 dl mjöl
2 msk kakaopulver
1/4 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
glasyr:
50 g mörk choklad
2 msk sötad kondenserad mjölk
1 msk Baileys
Rör ihop smör och socker. Tillsätt ägget och Baileys och blanda. Rör i mjöl, kakao, bakpulver och salt. Häll smeten i en bakform klädd med bakplåtspapper. Grädda vid 175 C i 20 minuter. Låt svalna.

Så gott det ser ut. Jag tycker att tillsätta rom i bakverk:)
