1 dl riven zucchini
1 dl havregryn
1 msk hampa vaniljproteinpulver
1 tsk chiafrön
0,5 tsk kanel
1 dl mandelmjölk
5 vanilj steviadroppar, Good Good Via Health
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Ställ i kylen över natten.

1 dl oatmeal
1 tbsp vanilla hemp protein powder
1 tsp chia
0.5 tsp cinnamon
1 dl almond milk
