If you need quickly energy, a smoothie is a good option. And the best part is that you can add your favourite ingredients. To get a healthy boost, I recommend using spinach or kale, fruits and berries, protein powder and berry powder in your smoothie. Below you can see what I had in mine.
Hälsoboost Smoothie
4 kuber fryst grönkål
4 stora frysta jordgubbar
1 fryst banan
1 skopa vanilj proteinpulver
1 msk jordnötssmörpulver
1 tsk svartvinbärspulver, (Love Arctic)
3-4 dl kallt vatten
saften av en halv citron
Mixa alla ingredienser i en mixer. Häll upp i glas!
Health Boost Smoothie
4 cubes frozen kale
4 large frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter powder
1 tsp black currant powder, (Love Arctic)
3-4 dl cold water
