Homemade granola taste best, in my opinion. Because you get to use your favorite ingredients and you decide for yourself how sweet, and what flavour you want your granola to be. This time I was craving gingerbread flavoured granola and it is so good and the whole house smells like Christmas.
Gingerbread Protein Granola
2 dl old fashioned oats
1 dl pecan nuts
1 dl peanuts
4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
2 tsp gingerbread spice
one pinch of salt
0.5 dl coconut oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in 175 C degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool and store in a jar.

1 dl pecannötter
1 dl jordnötter
4 msk pumpafrön
3 msk solrosfrön
2 msk sesamfrön
2 msk sesamfrön
2 msk vaniljproteinpulver
2 tsk pepparkakskrydda
en nypa salt
