Doesn't this porridge get a cool color when using pitaya powder! Pitaya powder itself has a mild flavour and thats why it's suitable to use in many things, as the taste does not take over. I can imagine that children will be very happy for their breakfast porridge or yogurt when it has a color like this. And it's all natural, no additives in this powder.
1 dl old-fashioned oats
1 3/4 dl unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp vanilla protein powder (fitnessguru)
1 tsp pitaya powder (rawnice.com)
Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
Glutenfri Pitaya "Över Natten" Gröt
1 dl gammaldags-havregryn
1 3/4 dl osötad mandelmjölk
1 msk chiafrön
1 msk hampa-vaniljproteinpulver (fitnessguru)
1 tsk pitayapulver (rawnice.com)
Rör ihop alla ingredienser i en skål. Ställ i kylskåpet över natten.
