You cannot have too much chocolate, right? And not chocolate cake recipes for that matter. And to make it all a little better you serve this cake with chocolate ice cream. Before, I did not like chocolate ice cream and I still choose another flavor if it's available. But one chocolate ice cream that I really like is Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie, so that's what I topped the cake with. Mmmm :)
Chokladkaka
100 g smör, rumsvarmt
2,5 dl socker eller kokossocker
2 ägg
1,5 dl mjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
4 msk kakao
0.5 tsk vaniljpulver
Blanda ihop smöret och sockret i en skål. Tillsätt äggen och blanda. Rör sedan i de resterande ingredienserna. Klä en form (24cm) med bakplåtspapper och häll i smeten. Grädda i 175 C i grader ca 20-25 minuter. Låt svalna helt.
Chocolate Cake
100 g butter, room temp.
2,5 dl sugar or coconut sugar
2 eggs
1.5 dl flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp cocoa powder
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
In a bowl mix together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Line a mold (24cm) with parchment paper and pour in the batter and bake at 175 C for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely.
